I love d’you’s skincare products, the quality, packaging, and overall experience are top-notch. The same unfortunately cannot be said about the free merchandise that comes with purchases.
This is the second time I’ve received subpar merch. The first time, the pouch arrived with visible blue ink stains. More recently, the cap I received had a faulty metal clasp at the back that simply didn’t work. It’s clear there’s little to no quality control on these items before they’re shipped out.
I had to email, send photos/videos, and wait for a replacement. Too much hassle for a brand that otherwise delivers such a premium experience.
Please fix this, d’you. Your products deserve better companions.
